Chronologischer Ablauf Einsatz Türkei
In der Nacht zum 6. Februar bebte in der Türkei sowie in Syrien mehrfach die Erde. Erschütterungen mit einer Stärke von 6,4 und 7,8 sorgten über mehrere Regionen für schwere Zerstörungen und viele Tote und Verletzte. Ein Nachbeben mit der Stärke am späten Vormittag 7,5 verschlimmerte die Situation zusätzlich.
Die Hilfsorganisationen BRH Bundesverband Rettungshunde e.V. entsendet gemeinsam mit seinem Partner I.S.A.R. Germany nach dem schweren Erdbeben in der Türkei ein Such- und Rettungsteam in die türkische Katastrophenregion.
- 42 Teammitglieder mit sieben Rettungshunden starten mit Sonderflug vom Flughafen Köln/Bonn.
- Einsatzkräfte kommen zum großen Teil aus den über 90 Rettungshundestaffeln des BRH Bundesverband Rettungshunde.
- Maschine soll nach Gaziantep fliegen.
- In Absprache mit den türkischen Behörden verlegt das Team von dort in das Einsatzgebiet.
- Abflug gegen Mitternacht geplant.
- Neben Rettungshunden kommt technische Ortung (Horchgeräten, Bioradar oder Sucherkameras)
- Bergungsspezialisten kümmern sich um Befreiung der Verschütteten.
- Einsatzkräfte des BRH Bundesverband Rettungshunde sind unter dem Dach von I.S.A.R. Germany seit 2007 durch die UN-Unterorganisation INSARAG als Medium Search and Rescue Team für internationale Rettungseinsätze zertifiziert
Lebendfund einer Frau, die sich durch Klopfzeichen bemerkbar machte.
Nach mehrstündigen Arbeit unter Einsatz schwerer Gerätschaften wie Bohrhammer oder Kernbohrern konnten die Frau lebend gerettet werden.
Das Such- und Rettungsteam der deutschen Hilfsorganisationen I.S.A.R. Germany und BRH Bundesverband Rettungshunde ist im türkischen Erdbebengebiet eingetroffen. Eingesetzt werden die Helfer in der Stadt Hatay Kırıkhan, in der Nähe der syrischen Grenze. „Die Lage hier ist wirklich verheerend“, so Einsatzleiter Steven Bayer. „In der ganzen Stadt sind Gebäude eingestürzt, viele Menschen suchen verzweifelt nach ihren Angehörigen. Die Einsatzkräfte der beiden Organisationen setzen nun alles daran, so schnell wie möglich zu helfen.“
- Kurz nach Ankunft der hat ein Erkundungsteam Arbeit aufgenommen.
- Mitglieder türkischer Einsatzorganisation nahmen Klopf- und Rufzeichen wahr.
- Umgehend begann türkisch-deutsches Team , sich durch Trümmer zu eingeschlossener Person vorzuarbeiten.
- Einsatzstelle „brandgefährlich“, so Michael Lesmeister (Leiter Rettungsarbeiten) an der Einsatzstelle leitet.
- Derzeit sind die Rettungsarbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen.
- Zusammenarbeit in Kirikhan erfolgt In enger Abstimmung mit den örtlichen Behörden.
- Während erste Helfer nach Verschütteten suchen, bauen andere Teammitglieder das Basislager auf.
- Untergebracht ist Rettungsmannschaft in Zelten.
- Die mitgeführte Ausrüstung (Nahrungsmitteln, Wasser und Kraftstoff) ermöglicht unabhängige Versorgung des Einsatzteams von zehn Tagen.
- Unabhängig von Rettungsarbeiten ist in der Stadt ein Erkundungsteam des BRH Bundesverband Rettungshunde und I.S.A.R. Germany unterwegs.
- Nach Erkundung kommen die Rettungshunde an den ausgewählten Schadensstellen zum Einsatz.
- Die technische Ortung unterstützt bei Bedarf, um durch die Hunde geortete Verschüttete zu lokalisieren.
- Wird überlebende Person gefunden, übernehmen die Bergungsexperten des Teams mit Aufbruchhämmern, Betonkettensägen, Trennschleifern und Kernbohrgeräten die Einsatzstelle.
- Ist Zugang zur verschütteten Person freigelegt, wird sie geborgen und an die Mediziner zur Erstversorgung übergeben.
In der Nacht auf 8. Februar konnten zwei weitere Menschen, eine Frau und ein 16-jähriger Junge nach fast 50 Stunden aus den Trümmern befreit werden.
Parallel zu den schwierigen Bergungsarbeiten lief die Suche mit den Hunden weiter.
Seit über 30 Stunden versucht ein Teil des Teams zu einer Frau unter den Trümmern vorzudringen. Die Lage ist äußerst schwierig und die Helfer kommen nur in Schritten von wenigen Zentimetern voran.
Am späten Nachmittag konnten die Einsatzkräfte die erste gute Nachricht verkünden: Es ist ein erster direkter Kontakt zu der Frau in den Trümmern und die Versorgung mit Wasser möglich
10.02.23: 100 Stunden nach dem schrecklichen Erdbeben könnten die Einsatzkräfte von BRH Bundesverband Rettungshunde und I.S.A.R. Germany in der türkischen Stadt Kirikhan eine Frau aus den Trümmern eines eingestürzten Hauses retten. Mehr als 50 Stunden arbeiteten die Einsatzkräfte daran, die Verschüttete aus den Trümmern zu befreien. „Die Lage war sehr kompliziert“ schildert Einsatzleiter Steven Bayer die Lage. „Die Frau lag in mehreren Metern Tiefe. Um sie zu erreichen, mussten unsere Teams Betondecken durchbrechen und viel Schutt abtransportieren. Kompliziert war die Rettung auch, weil der Zugang zur Verschütteten nur über sehr enge Wege möglich war.“ In den letzten Stunden hatten sich die Retter im Schichtsystem Zentimeter für Zentimeter zu der Frau vorgearbeitet.
Glücklicherweise konnten sie bereits während der Arbeiten einen kleinen Versorgungskanal zu der Verschütteten schaffen. Darüber war es möglich, mit der Frau zu kommunizieren und sie über einen Schlauch mit Wasser zu versorgen.
Nach ihrer Rettung wurde die Frau umgehend von den Medizinern des Einsatzteams medizinisch versorgt. Ihr geht es den Umständen entsprechend gut.
Leider ist die nach den aufwendigen und lange andauernden Bergungsarbeiten gerettete Frau wenige Stunden später verstorben. Eine sehr traurige Nachricht. Ein kleiner Trost: Sie musste ihre letzten Stunden nicht alleine verbringen, konnte nochmals das Tageslicht sehen und ihre Angehörigen.
Im Verlauf des Tages wurde klar, dass sich das Ende des Einsatzes nähert.
Das Team bereitet sich auf die Abreise vor und fliegt am Montag ab Gaziantep in Richtung Heimat. Die Ankunft in Köln ist für Montagabend geplant.
